Giveaway One Details and Rules

1. Eligibility

   - Open To: Residents of the 48 continental United States (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories).

   - Age Requirement: Must be 18 years or older to enter.

   - Void Where Prohibited: This giveaway is void where prohibited by law.

2. How to Enter

   Participants can earn entries by completing the following actions:

   - 1 Entry: Like and comment on the giveaway Instagram post, and follow @throughkyseye

   - 2 Entries: Share the giveaway post to your Instagram Story and tag @ThroughKysEye. Private accounts must provide proof of their sharing via @Throughkyseye Instagram DM (screenshot of story).

   - 3 Entries: Sign up for the Through Ky's Eye newsletter via the link  in the @throughkyseye Instagram bio

   Note: Each participant can earn multiple entries by completing multiple actions. Each action may only be completed once per person to claim entries. 

3. Entry Period

   - Start Date: Monday, August 19th, 2024, at 9:00 AM (EST)

   - End Date: Monday, September 2nd, 2024, at 9:00 AM (EST)

   All entries must be received by the end date and time specified.

4. Winner Selection

   - Random Drawing: The winner will be selected by a random drawing from all eligible entries received.

   - Announcement: The winner will be selected then announced on an @Throughkyseye Instagram Live at 8pm on Monday, September 2nd. Additional announcements will occur on the @Throughkyseye Instagram story.

5. Prizes

   - Prize Description: The winner will receive their choice of one standard (11x14) size print from Collection One on the throughkyseye.com website valued at $65 USD.

   - No Cash Alternative: The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other items.

6. Winner Notification and Claiming the Prize

   - The winner will be notified via Instagram Direct Message or emailed if selected through the email newsletter signup within 24 hours of the announcement.

   - The winner must respond within 48 hours to claim the prize, or an alternate winner may be selected.

   - Shipping: The prize will be shipped free of charge to the winner’s address within the 48 continental United States.

7. General Conditions

   - No Purchase Necessary: No purchase is required to enter the giveaway.

   - Disqualification: Through Ky's Eye reserves the right to disqualify any participant who is found to be in violation of the giveaway rules or engaging in fraudulent activity.

   - Privacy: Email addresses collected via signup for the Through Ky’s Eye newsletter will be added to the standard email list and will not be shared with any third parties. All other personal information collected during the giveaway will only be used for administering the giveaway and will not be shared with third parties. 

8. Instagram Disclaimer

   - This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram. By participating, you agree to release Instagram from any responsibility.

9. Governing Law

   - The giveaway is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina.
